Each day the YMCA works with our neighbors to ensure everyone, regardless of age, income or background has the opportunity to learn, grow and thrive. Thanks to generous donors, we are able to fulfill this mission through low cost programs and direct financial assistance for families in need. One hundred percent of all dollars donated are invested into programs serving children and families in our community.
Your contribution is deductible to the extent allowable by law. Receipts will be issued in compliance with IRS requirements.
How To Support Your Community
Whether due to unemployment, poor health, financial hardship or special circumstance, people struggle to provide for their families. The Legacy YMCA has been responding to the needs of individuals and families in the Western Cut-Off for nearly 100 years. Through skills development, the support of a teacher or coach, or the socialization of a group of like-minded individuals, the Y fosters the care, nurturing and respect all people need and deserve.
We need your help to ensure that no one is denied a chance to participate because of an inability to pay. Only by working together can we give more kids the opportunity to grow strong in spirit, mind and body. Contributions received from our annual sustaining campaign funds the growing number of scholarships awarded to individuals and families in need of vital Y programs and services.
